Yes, Smith’s Cloud is heading towards Milkyway at 240km/s. An uninvited guest or may be a Messenger from an another galaxy, Or is it is a start of new “Star War” series on our Galaxy? How much time we have got to get ready with out swords, ouch! sorry I need better weapon than this to fight if its a real Star War. What do you suggest?

Forget about what is coming towards us, by the end of this article you will be scared to hell, really !! Light from a star 3 light years away will take three years to reach us , and so will a star at 5 light years take 5 years or so will a one at a million light years away will take a million years to reach us . So what we see in the sky are all images of things as old as they are away from us. We are not watching anything from the present there !! everything is from the distant past , so there is no way to guess what presently is happening there and therefore no way of knowing what is happening now or what we see in the sky still exists out there or not:( Really scary , right ?
