It has been a while since I really thought of doing something other than technical work, something different.  Last week I went ahead and joined driving school. Got my learner’s license. Now I’m prepared to get my driving license for both two wheeler and four wheeler in next one month.

Today I did enjoy driving Santro for the first time. Last time when I tried learning driving it was a big disaster. Whole bunch of people who were there inside the car thought of running away even before I started the car.

True, its always right to get trained by some one who is experienced. It does not matter whether you’re learning driving or technology or any other art. All it takes is whole lot of efforts you put on learning and excelling it. Also it depends on the guidance provided by your guru. If you wanna be an Ekalavya who learnt bow and arrow without getting admission to DroNacahrya’s ashram, believe me you got to promise yourself to put in all that hardwork required to make it happen. I know I can’t try this with car as I really care about others who’re on roads.

So, I’m back to school now. Learning to drive from Mr. Manjunath. He works as an instructor in Rainbo driving school which is very nearer to my office. I did feel the drive today. Thanks guru!
