“Car Car Car” song from “America America” seem to be tempting all Bangalorians to buy new cars these days. High class transporter and its going to be reachable for middle class families in near feature (cars are going to be much cheaper – wait for Tata’s mini car if you still can’t afford one as of now).Bangalore roads are already jam packed with commuters in big cars .The finniest thing is all these commuters are alone on their way. Increased number of vehicles in city has not only increased traffic issues, environmental pollution, heavy fuel consumption, but also natural beauty of the city. How long its going to take for us to make “Garden City” as an historical name of Bangalore?
Environmentalists and few commuters concerned about cost cutting etc. have started many car and bike pooling initiatives in the city to reduce the traffic consumption. How much every one is willing to go ahead with this idea? How safe it is pool with unknown people?
Did you ever try travelling via public transports in Bangalore, Especially Bangalore metropolitan transport corporation (BMTC) ? Check it out. Its one of my favourite transporter. I love to get into those new red Volvo buses and enjoy the ride. Cheap and high class transportation available in Bangalore. Don’t forget to check FM, TV, GSM tracker availability and many more things in these hi-tech buses. Also the drivers and conductors in these buses are found to be very generous and friendly unlike the others.
BMTC is known as one of the best transport company in India, serving a huge amount of passenger base in Bangalore. Provides safe, reliable economic transport, special services for students and physically challenged people. One of the finest service oriented, profitable government body. Finest and best suited services for people from all classes. Variety of services and buses for students, women, children, hospitals and for any one else who needs its services at any point in time. Its easy to any one to grab a daily pass for these buses and travel any where in Bangalore with just 25 rupees when its hardly possible for you to cross 8km in your car. The BMTC service starts from morning 4:30 and its available all over the day till mid night. I my self have examples of availing the service even after the midnight to reach home safe on some of those dark nights after my hard day. BMTC really rocks!!!

Do you still have concerns on public transports? Don’t you think its really very much helpful to resolve traffic issue, environmental issues etc? Why can’t we think of using public transport every day when there is a regular service from a reliable service provider?
Think once about this, and you can really make a difference and feel it too…
