We suggest Free Software to community but, its important to document as well as fix the issues which we ourselves face while working with the FREE SOFTWARE.
I heard many talking about the issues which they faced while working with Open Office, which is an Free and Open Source alternative for MS Office. One of the issues which was repeatedly quoted is line spacing issue. Where in some complex text typed in Unicode gets scattered and makes the text unreadable or Incomprehensible.
A quick solution for this -> Right click on the document -> Goto “Line Spacing” -> Select “1.5 lines”. Then retype the same text again to see it working perfectly fine. I have given an example below. Try typing “ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯ” before choosing Line Spacing to see how it looks.
